Duties and Responsibilities
Scope of Work
UNDP will need the services of a qualified Systems Developer to build a database that will contain information for the Returnee Program. Specifically, the consultant will perform the following duties:
Improvement of the current survey forms and conversion to an electronic form with the use of open-sourced platforms.
Creation of a local server that will host the survey forms once finalized and submitted.
Consolidation of all the gathered data from the different survey forms and exporting to CSV/ spreadsheet-ready format.
Uploading of data to an analytics/ visualization software with a ready-made template that will reflect significant indicators from the survey.
Troubleshoot problems and glitches that the system may encounter during field deployment.
Provide trainings/ workshops and other capacity development activities on how to operationalize the database.

Required Skills and Experience
Qualifications of the Consultant
The Systems Developer should have the following qualifications. Minimum passing score is 70 out of 100 points.
Education
Graduate of information technology, application development, computer science, or related field (15 points)
Experience
At least two (2) years of working knowledge of any analytics application such as Qlik Sense or Tableau (35 points)
At least two (2) years of working knowledge of any open-source software for collecting, managing and utilizing data (30 points)
At least two (2) years of experience in conducting and facilitating community trainings and workshops (15 points)
Language
Fluency in English and Tagalog (5 points)
