SUPPLY CHAIN & CUSTOMER SERVICE SENIOR SPECIALIST
As a Supply Chain & Customer Service Senior Specialist, you will be at the core of managing various supply chain operations to JTI.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
You will commendable service related to logistics and supply chain operations.
You will ensure the quality of processing sales and purchase orders within SAP ECC or SAP APO.
You will effectively provide and manage SAP (i.e. pro forma invoices, issuance of credit and debit memos) and non-SAP documentation (i.e. certificate of origin).
You will coordinate and foster an efficient working relationship with our internal and external partners.

YOU ARE:
A college graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or supply chain-related courses.
A problem-solver with at least 3 years of experience working in a supply chain or logistics team or department from a multinational company or GBS
A good communicator with fluency in English and knows how to communicate in French or Spanish
Well-versed with logistics knowledge
A competent user of MS Office programs and adept in using ERP systems (i.e. SAP APO or SAP ECC)
