Requirements:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Professional experience: Minimum 2 year experience inventory and shipping experience.
Fluency in English, with excellent written and oral skills.
Experience with MS office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong interpersonal, customer service, communication, detail and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and self-directed
Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis and problem solving skills

Main Areas of Responsibility:
Maintain awareness of all Standard Operating Procedures and ensure contract employees follow all Standard Operating Procedures.
Monitor and oversee contract employees to ensure orders are picked and packed correctly for E-Commerce orders. This includes verification that the product type, batch, quanity, best before date and labeling are correct.
Monitor and replenish overall Logic B2C inventory as applicable to avoid Out of Stock status on website. Responsible to perform physical inventory transfers as well as within systems. Communicate and verify inventory movements with JTI USA personnel.
Develop and maintain skills to maintain Mantis Warehouse Management system and support contract employees in overcoming system issues related to proper order fulfilment.
Complete training for hazardous waste storage and handling within the first 6 months of hiring. Complete a hazardous waste refresher training course at least every 12 months thereafter.
Receive and record all B2C returns from customers. Ensure inventory status is correctly recorded for each return in line with quality policies and confirmed with JTI USA.
