Azpired is hiring Shift Supervisor/Team Leader.
SHIFT SUPERVISOR/Team Leader
Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversees the entire operation of the the center, in cooperation with the whole operations team.
2. Conducts staff performance evaluation and development plan.
3. Assesses current and future facility needs and makes preliminary arrangement with it.
4. Establish daily, weekly and/or monthly meetings with other departments to review call center operations.
5. Produce performance reviews as established by the center.
6. Creates an effective channel or feedback and reviews from different departments.
Job Qualifications:
1. A graduate of any 4 year course from a reputable college or university.
2. Must have at least 1-2 years supervisory experience in a BPO set-up, preferably female.
3. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Must be proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
6. Must be willing to work in shifting schedule and night shifts.
