Job Description & Requirements
*Degree holder preferably in Business Administration, Psychology or in any related field.
*At least 7 years of solid work experience in terms of handling an organization.
*Candidate must have exposure as Generalist from Recruitment, Training&Development, *Compensation&Benefits and Employee&Labor Relations.
*Can lead, motivate and support rank and file employees up to top management
*Optimistic, Flexible, and Professional
*Strong and Excellent communication skills (Verbal, Written and Presentation)
*Can start ASAP
*Willing to be assigned in San Juan Manila.
