Job Description:
• Deliver Process training and update trainings to new hires and existing employees.
• Measure training effectiveness via different Key Performance Indicators such as training throughput, On Job Training (OJT) scores, and training quality scores.
• Create, track, and update training tasks, training completion, and training reports ensuring 100% accuracy on reports being managed and published.
• Regularly update training materials to ensure accurate delivery of information to the concerned parties in training and in production.
• Participate in calibrations to ensure consistent evaluation scores in accordance to the program’s standards stated in the Quality monitoring form.
• Manage Line Trainer or Trainer Apprentice activities and provide proper coaching and feedback to support opportunities for development.
• Create monthly program-related assessments for agents in production to identify product knowledge gaps
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify performance gaps in process training and in production.
• Design and deliver training materials and/or process improvement projects which will address performance gaps
• Collaborate with Operations and/or Quality in building projects that will target improvement in audience’s product knowledge skills, thereby resulting in meeting Operations and/or Quality metrics.
• Serve as coach and mentor to Executive Trainers in the team by sharing best practice
Qualification and Experience
•Graduate
•Minimum 2 years of experienced in a similar role
•Strong communication skills
•Strong Presentation and Facilitation skills
• Strong Analytical skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
