Job Description
This job is primarily concerned with the preparation, review and monitoring of the technical aspects of proposed and on-going projects. The methods employed cover a range of activities which include checking onsite accomplishments, preparation of daily, weekly and monthly accomplishments reports. This job includes preparation of planned/ target schedule, project look-ahead schedule and resources schedule (manpower resources and tools/ equipment). This job is also concerned with the conformance to milestone dates, preparation of CPM – critical path method, as reference of the Construction team in the project implementation.
Job Qualifications
General Qualifications:
– Graduate of Engineering course
– Should have at least four (4) years’ experience in construction industry which is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
– Training/ Seminar: Seminars on Proper and Effective Planning and Scheduling, Estimates and Cost Analysis, Demand Forecasting, Time and Stress Management, Team Building
– Skills:
Communication, interpersonal, leadership, negotiating and mathematical skills, computer literacy (MS Project, Primavera, Excel, and Power Point
– Ability:
Proactive, resourceful, creative, optimistic, assertive, fast learner, hardworking, result-oriented
