Job Qualifications
1. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Mass Communication, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or any related course.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Required Skills: Communication, Presentations and Demonstrations, Client Management, and Closing and Negotiation, and Effective People Management.
4. Preferably has obtained at least 12 Continuing Professional Education (CPE) units as required by PRC.
5. Preferably with PRC and HLURB Accreditation
6. With license as Real Estate Broker is an advantage.
7. Willing to be assigned in project sites in San Juan, Roxas Boulevard, and Mall of Asia area.
8. 3 Full-Time positions available.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Our Sales Managers are responsible for managing a group of property specialists selling residential condominium projects of Anchor Land Holdings Inc.

1. Recruit at least 5 highly effective property specialists
2. Track sales performance of the team handling and deliver reviews and evaluation on a regular basis
3. Help team members in negotiation and closing of sales
4. Prepare proposal on different sales programs
5. Prepare and make investment presentations to clients about the property assigned and real estate in general
6. Create a productive work environment by applying appropriate team management skills to inspire a culture of efficiency and excellence
7. Ensure the completion of documentary requirements of each sales closed
8. Establish and maintain fruitful relationships with clients
9. Perform other functions that may be assigned by the immediate head
