Job Description
• responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising sales strategies and
activities to be conducted by sales personnel so that budgetary goals may be achieved
• Assists the Branch Manager in determining sales forecasts to be reflected on the annual budget; designs a strategy/plan to be carried out by the entire Sales department to achieve budgeted sales for the year.

Job Qualifications
• College Graduate, preferably of a Business or Entrepreneurial course
• With at least 5-years work experience as Operations Manager or in other senior positions.
• Excellent in written and oral communication.
• Understands financial systems and reports.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Possesses strong personality and leadership qualities.
• Possesses analytical judgment and decisiveness.
• Possesses high moral values.
• Performs well under pressure.
• Resourceful.
• Computer literate.
