SALES ADMIN ASSISTANT

Qualifications:
***Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Business related courses
***At least 1 year experience in office administration, sales admin or sales documentation and coordination
***Hardworking, Good working attitude and with good interpersonal relations
Result-oriented and keen to details

Job Summary:
***Provide support or assistance to the Sales Coordinator, for both internal and external customers by ensuring proper documentation.
***Responsible in preparation of samples needed by Salesman during their scheduled trip.
***Responds to queries of salesman, particularly on the status of samples and other related concerns of customers about the product, crating and packaging
***Ensure that proper documents and channels of communication are strictly observed, ensuring documents are approved and received by the concerned department.
