Job Responsibilities:
• Performs Clerical tasks such as filing/encoding sales related documents
• Assists in handling concerns, inquiries and requests of the team.
• Monitors and tracks reports.
• Coordinate and maintain the receipt, sorting, recording and distribution of correspondence and other documents.
• Assists in other assigned tasks from time to time.
Qualifications:
• Knows the value of customer service
• Good computer & communication skills
• Pleasing personality and can work under pressure
• Good in math & analyzing situation
• Must be knowledgeable with MS Application
• Candidate must possess atleast
a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
