The Doughnut People Inc. (Go Nuts Donuts) is hiring Retail Supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities
*Supervise all store activities in an orderly and professional manner as to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
*Handle cash register functions and transactions including: sales, voids, x read, z read and inventory control
*Performs all necessary functions as determined by the Company policies and procedures including training, performance evaluation and disciplinary action
*Attend all meetings/training. Enforce and effectively communicate to all staff up-to-date implemented promos, target revenue, price change and Company policies
*Responsible to perform and supervise housekeeping duties.
*Ensure that the daily target revenue set by the Operations Manager is met.
*Prepare and make bank deposits on time; maintain sales records such as Daily Sales Report
*Conduct daily physical count of all stock in accordance with established policies and maintains related records.
*Maintain the implemented quality standard of the Company for each products.
*Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints and issues.
*Work on store display of products and marketing collaterals. Request updated marketing collaterals, if needed.
*Ensure all equipment is functioning well. Make necessary repair request.

Qualification
*Graduate of BS Hotel and Restaurant Management or equivalent
*Able to generate reports and perform administrative tasks as required
*With People Management, Leadership and excellent communication and sales skills
*Organize and systematic
*With strong customer service orientation
*Preferably with 2 years working experience as Supervisor or Team Leader in any food and beverage industry.
*Willing to be assigned within National Capital Region
