RESEACH AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Job Description:
• Manage overall product R&D, stability, quality related to manufacturing base
• Develop new product recipe or match existing competitor products and submit results to R&D Supervisor for evaluation.
• Will do researching and improve current products, develop new products and expansion of product ranges to meet the Company’s target within the time frame.
• Works with outside supplier for alternate ingredients and processes that could benefit the product either through quality improvement or cost reduction.
• Prepares prototype product samples for submission to prospective customers for evaluation and approval.
• In-charge of the product development projects initiated by a request from the Sales Department.

Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Food Technology, Nutrition, Dietics or any Food Science-related course.
• At least 2-3 years working experience in Research and Development and/or Quality Assurance in food manufacturing company (Supervisory / Managerial).
• Knowledge in GMP/HCCP would be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office application.
• Experience in documentation is a plus.
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities and functions.
• Must be a self-starter, able to organize, prioritize as well as be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must have a strong problem solving skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• An individual contributor role that combines hands-on abilities with procedural knowledge and skills.
• Willing to be assigned at Pasig City
