Job Details:
BASIC FUNCTION
Responsible for generating and/or compiling a variety of reports for end-users, which may include reports for multiple sites, utilizing both internal and end-user data and eliminating any impertinent data;
Responsible for ensuring that all reports are prepared in accordance with strict timelines and in a format that is familiar to all users;
Responsible for providing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in support of operations for assigned line groups
MAJOR JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
– Generate and/or compile a variety of reports (e.g. call statistics, up sell reports, agent-level trending reports, absenteeism statistics, agent performance scores, customer issues, supervisor tasks, etc.) for internal customer and external client (end-user)use, which may include reports for multiple sites, utilizing both internal and end-user data and eliminating any irrelevant data
Team Interfaces – Establish a good working relationship with team members and department contacts in order to maintain and continuously strive to improve the level of overall service being provided
* Assist with performing quality review of services provided and department interactions by escalating work flow and communication issues to supervisor to help identify trends indicating the need to revise existing methods and procedures
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
Associate’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
* Minimum one year clerical or customer service

Other
* Basic knowledge of Word and Excel required
* Amenable to work on shifting (Night Shift) and in Makati
