The Regional Senior Administrator Telephony is responsible for monitoring the telephony system capacity, both existing and recommended designs and telephony infrastructure. The position will also make sure the systems security and enforcing all systems security policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide engineering and third level technical support for company Telephony infrastructure and incident management and resolution for all levels of telephony-related issues.
• Facilitate telephony deployment, and maintenance.
• Responsible for ensuring appropriate policies in modifying of all user accounts and system accounts of the region are in place and being adhered to.
• Key participant in Change Implementation Management (CIM) and submits change control documentation in accordance with Sykes standards.
• Ensures the submission of IT asset management and provides reports to Manager Telephony Engineering APAC in accordance with Sykes standards.
• Responsible for all system compliance issues and provides monthly reports to Manager Telephony Engineering APAC.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years relate experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Technical experience working with Call Routing, PBX, ACD, Data Networking, Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Desktop Applications in a call center environment.
