Recruitment Specialist – Makati City – CIM Technologies

Job Description / Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
Hands on experience of technical recruitment involving job description designing, resume generation, screening, short-listing with appropriate compensation.
Adept in designing resourcing strategies by using various channels such as web, media, consultants, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals etc.
Handling the cycle of recruitment which includes job identification, sourcing, selection, interviews and offer negotiations.
Interface point for all recruitment issues
Works with Managers, Supervisors and Team Leads to calibrate profiling of applicants.
Screens candidates, interview, do background checks and finally match them to the clients’ requirements.
Reviews and recommends recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.

QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Must have at least 1 year experience in Recruitment.
Preferably with at least 6 month(s) of technical recruitment experience for CAD Specialists, Applications Engineers, IT, Sales Engineers and other engineering related positions.
Can work well in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Must be amenable to work in Makati City.
Candidates who can start ASAP will be prioritized.
