Recruitment Officer (Employment Services Officer [Level 3])
Responsible for overseeing the Employment Services – Recruitment Section under the Human Resources and Administration Department. Motivates and inspires team to deliver expected results that shall ensure the growth of pool and provide services to clients.
This is a mid-level position and is directly reporting to the Human Resources and Admin Manager
Candidate must be:
1. A graduate of Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management or any Business Course from a reputable educational institution.
2. Should have at least 1 year solid experience on recruitment/employment services in a similar capacity.
3. Must be able to handle a team of dynamic individuals.
4. Can effectively communicate to different levels in the organization.
5. Must be outgoing, energetic and exudes optimism.
6. Creative, Innovative and Resourceful
