An experienced Recruitment Manager to create extraordinary candidate experiences through the right systems and structures. A highly engaged professional to enhance and manage the talent acquisition processes. A creative thinker to implement and maintain sourcing and recruiting strategies with an emphasis on high-tech recruiting practices, and full utilization. Track and maintain Talent metrics, reporting, and analysis to realize the most efficient processes.

Responsibilities:
• Cultivate positive relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners across the organization to build teams.
• Consult with stakeholders to implement strategic plans for acquiring the best and brightest talent to deliver on organizational goals.
• Facilitate inclusive and objective hiring process to ensure candidates are assessed against organizational competencies to thrive
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with each interaction throughout the recruitment process
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all implemented talent tools and technologies are being utilized to their fullest potential.
• Implement innovative sourcing techniques to engage with the best talent

Job Qualifications
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as Talent Acquisition Manager or similar HR role
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
• Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.)
• Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
• Team player and motivator
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Good time-management skills
• Knowledge of employment law
