Job Description / Requirements
The QA Manager will ensure effective quality procedures are in place, establish and implement quality goals and objectives, establish and maintain key performance indicators for tracking and improving quality performance, and assume direct responsibility for quality engineering, inspections, calibrations, quality-related training, and non-conforming materials.

Core responsibilities include but are not limited to:
o Manage the CAPA (Corrective & Preventative Action) program
o Identifies and utilizes various change management strategies to overcome organizational roadblocks and achieve desired change levels
o Supervise and coordinate activities of the Quality Engineers and Inspection Staff
o Assist with continuous improvement: provide data and/ or data analysis for product changes or problem areas in order to reduce defects or provide continuous product improvement
o Leads the effort to identify internal, and final customer expectations and needs relative to the elimination of defects and the production
o Evaluating and monitoring production processes and product quality
o Document process and quality standards according to customer needs
o Update quality standards according to ISO and other quality management system requirement
o Ensure quality standards based on customer specifications
o Monitor daily quality assurance activities and materials used in production
o Document, monitor and track reject causes and make corrective actions according to problem
o Leading and providing expertise in the completion of needs assessments, competency based training and follow up for facility personnel and appropriate Quality and inspection methodologies

Qualifications include:
o Bachelor’s Degree
o Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control assurance in ISO 9001.
o Injection molding experience
o Quality related courses
o Strong mathematics skills, basic knowledge in statistics
o Ability to use all QA equipment such as VMM, CMM, Caliper, etc.
o Strong training, communication and management skills required
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and be
o Proficient in Microsoft Office
o Willing to work in Laguna
