Purchasing Assistant
The Purchasing assistant will be under the construction arm of Pontefino Hotel and Residences.

Job Duties
• Identify and select vendors to procure materials/and or services meeting criteria of price, quality, availability, and delivery dates
• Review, evaluate, and monitor purchase requisitions for proper authorization, specifications, and compliance
• Establish and maintain supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance
• Research and resolves receiving and accounts payable issues
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of products and/or services
• Ensure compliance with sourcing policies and procedure

Requirements
• Candidates must possess a diploma in business administration/management, finance/accounting/banking, hospitality/tourism/hotel management,
• At least one year of related experience. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Adept in the English language, both written and spoken; Has good communication skills
• Has initiative
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Must have high degree of professional integrity and be able to work in prudent and organized manner
• Must be willing to be based in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
