In our rapid expansion, we are in need of Provisioning and Case Manager Specialist to be part of our team.
The candidate should be highly energetic and interested in working with the latest technology. This is an entry level position that presents significant career advancement opportunities within our Provisioning and Case Manager Department.
Provisioning and Case Manager Specialist

Responsibilities
Performing line check using our BTB.
Sending welcome packs via email or post
Doing welcome and verification calls
Monitoring accounts within the ten (10) days cooling off period
Creating new account
Other adhoc task that maybe assigned from time to time.
Position Requirements
1+ years of experience in Provisioning preferably handling Australian customers.
Excellent communication skills
Detailed oriented and with good documentation skills
Must have good social skills and patient, speaks clearly and politely.
Establish strong rapport and trust with customers; ability to break down terminologies to layman’s terms
