Job Description:
• Discuss the method of sales, presentation of the property and its price
• Assess buyers’ needs and locate properties for their consideration
• Coordinate appointments to show the model house to its prospective buyers
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other
• Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services
• Ability to adapt quickly to new trends and new markets
• Must be willing to work in Biñan, Calamba, Sta. Rosa, Alabang or in San Fernando Pampanga (depending on the agent’s proximity to workplace)
• Must be willing to undergo rigid trainings
Job Requirements:
• Male or female of at least 20 to 35 years of age
• The ideal candidate should have finished at least 88 units in college
• Has excellent communication and inter-personal skills, a good negotiator with pleasing personality
• Able to work without direct supervision
• Strong sales focus
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good working knowledge of the local area
• With at least 6 months experience in real estate
