SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATION:
Essential Knowledge and Experience:
Ability to cooperate and work effectively with others in an emergency setting.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills demonstrating the ability to understand and discuss complex issues around DRR and livelihood.
Matured Christian
Proven ability to conceptualize, innovate, plan and execute ideas.
Excellent project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating an ability to motivate, influence, and gain the support of others and to have effective collaborative working relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Able to set out and discuss complex issues clearly for a wide audience and to give presentations in a fluent and persuasive manner to people at all levels.
At least 3 Years experience in Community Development Programs.
Demonstrates ability to work independently and as part of a team, including experience with working collaboratively with representatives from other organizations.
Ability to work in difficult circumstances and in international, multi-cultural environments.
Ability to manage a budget.
Fluent in English both oral and written required.
Fully proficient in Microsoft Office products.
MUST BE A FILIPINO
Education: Graduate of BS Social Work or Community Development or Equivalent
