Job Details:
• Leads large projects of major importance to the organization with significant contractual complexity and risk.
• Provides project leadership to large groups of highly qualified professional personnel engaged in complex work.
• Accountable for maintaining a solid customer relationship, and for ensuring the successful execution of the project.
• Manages the financial targets for the project, ensures customer satisfaction, and participates in contract negotiation.
• Overall accountability for project scope, deliverables, cost, profitability, schedule, quality and resources.
• Develops project plans and budgets to guide the execution and control of the project.
• Coordinates and directs technical and organizational interfaces to execute the project plan.
• Exercises overall change control across the project.
• Identifies project risks, and develops risk responses that maximize opportunities and minimize threats.
• Defines and estimates project activities, and sequences them appropriately.
• Maintains control over the schedule to deliver the project as promised.
• Identifies resources required, and estimates project costs accordingly.
• Maintains control over project costs, updates baselines and forecasts.
• Collects and disseminates performance information, including Project Review data, status reporting, progress measurement and forecasting.
• Identifies relevant quality standards and applies them to the project.
• Evaluates overall project performance to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
• Identifies, documents, and assigns project roles, responsibilities, and reporting relationships.
• Sets project objectives for individuals and monitors the achievement of those objectives.
• Interfaces with internal project teams, customer decision makers, suppliers, directors etc.

Basic Requirement
• Bachelor of Science degree.
• 5+ years as a project manager working in the automation field.
• Demonstrable experience in Software development and integration engineering is an advantage
• Industry experience in TELCO is a nice to have
• ITIL or PMP (Project Management Professional) a plus
• Excellent communication skills ( both oral and written)
• Proactive
• Open for Permanent /Fulltime engagement
• Willing to work in Makati
