Job Description
Coordinates all the resources of Manufacturing Operations towards attainment established objectives.
Responsible for day to day activities of the whole Production
Continuously led and motivate manufacturing department to deliver highest production output
Plan, manage and monitor daily department work flow, organize and distribute all incoming and outgoing work to ensure quality results
Responsible for establishing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring departmental and sectional objectives
Initiates plans and processes to minimize production costs through effective utilization of manpower,
Assures attainment of production objectives and schedules while ensuring product standards that exceed customer satisfac tion
Responsible for the departments full compliance to the organization’s Quality Management System.
To ensure that the organization’s Code of Discipline is effectively implemented.
Coordinates with HRMD in identifying and executing the training needs of the department.
Other functions that may be assigned to you by which you will be given appropriate training.

Job Qualifications
Must have at least 6 months to 1 year working experience as Manager in a Manufacturing Firm
Compensation 33000
Compensation Range ₱30,000 – ₱50,000
