Job Description / Requirements
To spearhead and oversee the overall condition and situation of production, including the monitoring of employees productivity,
production output and issues, development techniques and strategies on how to improve productivity.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
• Male of Female
• Graduate/Undergraduate of related Eng’g course ( electrical, Mechanical, Electronics)
• With 3 years experience in the same capacity preferably in a similar industry
• Can speak, write and understand English

MINIMUM SKILLS:
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff at all levels
• Excellent problem-solving skills and understanding of manufacturing process and quality standards in an automotive or similar industry
• Excellent ability to make effective decisions under pressure and ability to work on deadlines and willingness to work flexibly
