Global Entry is a US owned BPO with centers in Davao City and General Santos, specializing in sales based customer retention. Our continued growth has generated the need for a night-time Client Based Director Level Performance Managers to work with agents and managers to help enhance daily performance. This position requires a thorough understanding of process based sales, customer retention methods, and the ability to communicate and train these procedures in a scripted, effective manner. Must be able to motivate and coach agents to help meet production goals and ensure call quality while holding upper level management accountable to client performance goals.
Job Responsibilities:
• Training and performance coaching for Customer Retention Specialists.
• Provide in-depth one on one coaching, training and follow-up to optimize customer service and retention.
• Communicate changes in products, promotions, pricing, campaigns and procedures.
• Monitor service calls through real time observations.
• Help identify and improve deficiencies and build on strengths of individual performers.
• Assist in developing sales/retention scripts, training and workflows.
• Communicate with US based corporate office on an hourly basis as needed.
Skills Required:
• Understanding of operation systems and procedures
• Solid knowledge of value based retention process and script adherence.
• Ability to motivate and train while holding agents accountable to client goals.
• Computer proficiency; mature worth ethics and strong adherence to attendance and punctuality.
Salary: 65K/month
Requirements:
• Candidate must have minimum of 3 years of experience managing and/or training sales agents in a fast paced performance based Call Center environment.
• High degree of personal integrity and business proficiency.
• Positive.
•Willing to relocate in Davao City (the company will shoulder it)
