People Administrator / Global HR Administrator – Orion Health – Manila

Job Description / Requirements
Main Responsibilities
• The Global HR Admin will be responsible for providing HR admin support for APAC countries: Australia and New Zealand, Bangkok, Philippines, China, Singapore and Vietnam
• Answer HR related queries, processing of HR documents and maintenance of employee records
• Point of contact for employee concerns
• The role will be based in the Philippines with potential travel to New Zealand for training

Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years relevant work experience in Human Resources is required for this position.
• Knowledge of Philippines HR regulations and other APAC countries is a plus
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Amenable to work in Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong
• Can work in a fast paced environment
• Customer service background is a plus
