Job Description / Requirements
Responsibilities:
-Manage the current reservations team
-Share reservations best practices to the team
-uptrain reservations staff on a daily/weekly basis
-monitor current bookings
-handle escalations and client concerns

Qualifications:
-Solid Background in Travel Agency Operations
-Expertise in Sabre/Amadeus
-With good relations to hotels and other agencies
-With Travel Expo experience
