Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to show your extraordinary skills as a Manager. The role will take on an important part in directing the company’s growth trajectory. Here are the skill sets we are looking for – keep in mind we want a stellar Operations Manager (Financial Account) Rockstar so you MUST have these skills to be considered. – Proven experience in handling a team of leaders for a Financial Account of at least 100-200 employees – Expert in dealing with C-Level Executives – Ensure delivery of the process as per the agreed SLAs – Ensure sufficient workforce volume to engage customers on a daily basis including local holidays and critical work days – Excellent communication and presentation skills – Building and retaining a strong team – Establish and implement innovative process and systems – Formulation of short and long term plans to ensure achievement of targeted goals

Job Qualifications
– College Graduate preferably related to Business Administration or similar course
– At least 3-5 experience as a Unit Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor or Coach in a BPO setting (Preferably Financial related Customer Service, Collections, and Consumer Loans Management)
– Proven experience in business development, sales and strategy planning
– Good understanding of financial principles
– Proven negotiation & persuasion skills
– Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
– Teamwork and leadership skills
– Customer-oriented mindset
– Willing to work in Makati
– Can start ASAP
