Direct responsibilities include: managing both the operations process, embracing design, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy.
Lead and drive the team to ensure productivity, gains and quality outcomes
Drive changes that need to be made to processes, procedures, systems, products, etc
Monitor and drive initiatives/programs to support the teams in the delivery, production, and Operations
Oversee the planning / organising/ management of multiple tasks and projects
Manage communication with customers and subcontractors
An energizing leader who gets the best out of the team members to strives for excellence and exceed customer expectations
with relevant working experience in Retailing , especially in SM Stores, and E-commerce, such as Lazada, Shoppe, etc
Have passion in designing and customer service oriented person
