Job Description / Requirements
The Operation Officer shall handle inquiries regarding services offered by the company. Must be able to speak, read and write in Japanese to be able to correspond with any queries from clients or potential clients. Must have the qualities of a good leader to be able to train and supervise future staffs.
At least JLPT Level 2 or N2 in Japanese language proficiency.
