808 LSDesign Group, Inc is hiring OFFICE ADMINISTRATION OFFICER.
Responsibilities :
* Make in-house documents and other paper-works needed;keep records intact and properly filed.
* Submit information for budget preparation;schedule expenditures;monitor costs & analyze variances.
* Maintain coordination with the accountant in regards to the compliances and other related matters.
* Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
* Strengthen transparency of all the actions/plans and communications within the office’s environment.
* Assist/Help Marketing Manager in a day to day marketing activities.
* Create and develop new innovative ways of communicating company message to the customers.
Requirements :
* Proven experience as an Office Manager,Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant.
* Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures.
* Proficiency in MS Office ( MS Excel and MS Outlook,in particular.
*Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
*Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
*Creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
*College Degree;additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
*Pleasant personality will be a factor.
