MOBILITY SPECIALIST
As the Mobility Specialist, you will be at the core of providing quality execution of employee mobilization processes and transactions to JTI in Philippines and across Asia.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
You will provide commendable execution and delivery of mobilization services for employees including compensation and benefits administration of mobilizing employees.
You will manage the documentation, update, and improvement of local service operating procedures related to mobility and rewards.
You will ensure the quality compensation and benefits plan for mobilizing employees including performing data quality controls and supporting documentations related to employee’s eligibility to mobilize.
You will be the liaison officer for the compensation and benefits data and information in scope of the company stakeholders, including generating reports from SAP HR and other corporate and local systems for ad hoc requests.
You will coordinate and identify opportunities to improve all local mobility, compensation and benefits processes and activities.
YOU ARE:
A college graduate of human resource, or any related course.
Experienced professional with at least 2 years being part of a multinational company or shared service center. Having hands-on experience in SAP HR is a plus.
Adept understanding in specific aspects of various types of assignments, and having experience in compensation and benefits role are advantages
An excellent communicator with a strong command in English
Good knowledge of mobile workforce needs (e.g. work permit and visa requirements, taxation, assignee balance sheet, etc.). Having knowledge in SAP CRM and Lean Six Sigma are both an advantage.
A detail-oriented and proactive professional who has excellent customer service mindset. Having a profound knowledge and understanding of compensation principles and international/local employee benefits plans is required.
An adaptable team player with cross-cultural sensitivity.
