JOB FUNCTION
Map and conduct phone call to potential and / or referred client.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Report directly to Sales Supervisor
-Sell new membership shares and achieved established sales target;
-Sell membership shares to corporate and individual prospect;
-Establish and maintain positive relationships with new members
-Sets appointments and presentations with prospective individuals and corporate Clients in Las Pinas, Alabang and Paranaque area.
-Ability to work flexibly on weekends
-Perform other duties as maybe assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Graduate of any four (4) year course
2. With at least one (1) year related experience;
3. High level of interpersonal and communication skills
4. With presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
5. Manage to operate Microsoft office application (MS Excel/ MS Word/ Powerpoint)
6. Willing to be assigned in BF Homes Paranaque
