Job Description & Requirements
1. Write, research and edit marketing materials including Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) for PGIMI and PGEM
2. Creating content for email campaigns, landing pages, and web pages.
3. Write web content based on material supplied by client or employer
4. Edit printed documents for publication online; edit web pages for on-screen readability.
5. Producing copy for longer content pieces including guides, one-pagers, checklists, and case studies
6. Contributing to print assets such as brochures and sell sheets as necessary.
7. Proofreading of marketing materials and online data.
8. Write titles and content for meta keyword and description tags.
9. Can write HTML or XML.
10. Must interact across social media platforms in real time, responding to inquiries and/or creating unique content.
11. Create and post blogs online.
12. Create proposal letters to PGIMI and PGEM markets as necessary.
Requirements:
1. Must have an extensive background about online journalism.
2. 2-3 years’ experience creating marketing materials, preferably within the B2B space. Experience in the beauty or small business sector is a plus.
3. Excellent writing skills with strong grasp of grammar.
4. Strong project management skills.
5. Ability to produce copy and revisions under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
6. Willingness to work cross-departmentally and meet the needs of internal stakeholders.
7. Strong research and interviewing skills are a must.
8. Candidate must have a strong research proficiency to get the latest supporting information, complete with links.
9. Must be good at planning and coordinating content with promotional marketing via an editorial calendar.
10. Must able to create articles, columns, blog posts, white papers and e-books that are focused around a specific search keyword or key phrase.
11. Experience in graphic design is an advantage.
