We are seeking for highly professional and assertive MALL MANAGERS / ASSISTANT MANAGERS. He/She will be responsible for the overall management of a mall, including but not limited to, Cost Management, Local Marketing, Tenant Relations and Retention, Facilities and Operations, and Safety and Security Functions.
Some of the Duties include:
• Develop a structured business plan for the mall covering all key components of mall operations.
• Develop and maintain a long term and mutually beneficial relationship with all existing tenants and Local Government Units (LGUs).
• Prepare, review and adjust financial budgets, systems and processes and ensure performance against budget.
• Resolve complaints and demands of customers and tenants in a win-win manner and work to remove the causes of the complaint.
• Develop and upkeep the corporate mall identity – ensure adherences to corporate branding guidelines
• Take steps to improve customer services inside the mall
• Effectively manage the productivity of his/her team (both direct and agency personnel). Motivate them to do more than expected.
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree preferably of Business or Management field.
• With at least 5 years of related work experience is needed for this position.
• Must be highly accountable, hands-on, competitive, customer-focused, results oriented, driven, a team player and self-motivated.
• Should be pro-active and quick to respond to any challenges affecting foot traffic/customer count and tenant sales.
• Candidates with management experience from any restaurant or fast food operations has an advantage
• Can work in a shifting 6-day work schedule and during holidays.
