Mall Administration Officer – WalterMart Community Malls – Makati

Job Description / Requirements

We are seeking for a highly professional and assertive MALL OFFICERS in achieving the Company’s objectives and goals.

Some of the Duties include:
– Responsible for the overall day to day operations of the Mall.
– Ensuring optimal performance of various functions within the Mall such as Housekeeping, Security, Parking, Customer Service.
– Maintaining all statutory compliances and updating all required documentation for the property, such as but not limited to Business Permits, Fire, Safety, Health, environment, and Utility services.
– Maintaining cordial relationship with tenants, walk-in customers and external authorities such as Government and Barangay Officials and Police.

Qualifications:
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree of any field.
– With at least 3 years of related work experience is needed for this position.
– Must be highly accountable, competitive, customer-focused, results oriented, assertive and driven; a team player.
– Should be pro-active and quick to respond to any challenges affecting foot traffic and tenant sales.
– Candidates with management experience from any restaurant or fast food operations has an advantage.
– Willing to work in a shifting 6-day work schedule and during holidays.
