Job Responsibilities
– Supervise timely implementation of logistic operational goals, especially inventory management and control
– Plan the purchasing and arrange logistics-required shipping
– Oversee and analyze the stock movement of all SKUs
– Coordinate with product suppliers and contractors particularly about importation process
– Ensure that incoming shipment and local deliveries are properly received, documented, and stocked in the warehouse
– Maintain accuracy of warehouse and inventory records
– Monitor and ensure accuracy of documentation to comply with regulatory agencies, brokers, banks, and other related parties
Qualifications
– Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
– Required skill(s): Demand Management and Forecasting, Inventory and Logistics Management, Warehouse Management, Strategic Thinking, MS Excel, and SAP
– At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
– One (1) Full-Time position available
