Kabisig Workers Cooperative is hiring Labor Relations Officer.

-Graduate of Psychology or any law related courses
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
-Proficient in word processing application (MS office, Open office, etc.)
-High level of responsibility
-Detail oriented and able to multi task effectively
-Knowledge of the Philippine labor laws is a definite advantage

Summary of responsibilities:
-You will be the overall focal personnel in providing advises, evidences, and documents of all legal/labor concerns of the cooperative.
-You will be closely working with the cooperative’s legal counsel for all legal/labor related cases/concerns of the cooperative.
-You will be overseeing the Employee relations section of the HR department.
