Job Position: Insurance Authorization Representative

Work Description:
> Coordinates with insurance providers, physicians and patients to obtain pre-authorizations
> Review clinical data matching it against specified medical terms and diagnosis and follow established
procedures for authorizing request
> Report back to supervisor and patient with precertification numbers

Minimum Requirements:
> Can communicate well in English, both written and verbal
> With background in healthcare is a plus but not required
> Able to think independently
> Critical thinking
> Strong organizational and problem solving skills
> Ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously and can work under pressure
> With at least 1 year call center experience
