QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have a capability to work from home (temporary; while on ECQ)
• Must be able to work on night shift (US and Canada account), weekends and holidays, as needed
• Must be proficient in various computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Has a strong work ethic and possesses a can-do attitude when faced with challenges
• Ability to understand and analyze complex processes quickly and accurately
• Organized, process-driven and with a great level of attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
