– Candidate must have a College Degree/College graduate
– Aged between 19 to 30 years old
– Work experience as a recruiter for at least 6 months
– Call center experience is an advantage
– Must be a computer literate
– Must be confident with good command of English language
– With pleasing personality
– Flexible and goal oriented
