Job Description / Requirements
Human Resources Director
– Must have extensive experience in all facets of HR with heavy focus on Organizational Development, Training, and Recruitment.
– Preferably have experience working for a startup company or a holding company with at least 3 subsidiaries
o With experiences coming from the following industries:
§ Automotive
§ FMCG (beverages)
§ IT-enabled services and Business Solutions
– Strong work ethic
– Responsible for 5-6 subsidiaries with 50 headcounts.
– Responsible for setting up and standardization of the Human Resources Department for all subsidiaries
– Willing to work in BGC and willing to work ASAP
