Job Description:
· Investigate and evaluate cases of employee misconduct and other occurrences. Includes preparation of Memorandums and other documentation, conducting hearings, etc. in relation to the incidents.
· Issue disciplinary actions and/or appropriate actions for incidents as necessary according to the Organization’s implementing rules and regulations.
· Complete and maintain appropriate case file documentation.
· Other HR related duties and tasks which may be assigned.
