Job Description & Requirements
Employee Engagement
1.Will assist HR Manager in creating and establishing comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategies for whole IPC.
2.Will spearhead in implementation of company employee engagement activities.
3.Develop a survey process and metrics that will enable to track employee engagement programs at a companywide and department level,
4.Create reports to track progress and create action that drive positive employee engagement.
5.Design, deploy, and evaluate effective and efficient engagement surveys,
6.Identify and address issues and solutions related to employee engagement,
7.Develop and monitor a sustained social media/reputation or employee proposition program for the existing IPC employees and to attract new hires.
Resource Management for IPC – Main
1.Maintain updated roster of candidates for current and future manpower requirements.
2.Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes and talent pipelining.
3.Responsible for utilizing recruitment tools for talent pipelining: online and offline recruitment channels such as IPC Careers page, free or paid job advertising portals, use of social media (e.g. Linked-In) as well as maintenance of Linked-In Group Page: IPC Talent (+) Plus, coordination with professional groups or organizations, and joining career fairs.
4.Work closely with Department Heads or Hiring Managers in terms of calibration of manpower requirements and candidate benchmarking.
5.Execute pre-screening for all manpower.
6.Submit shortlisted candidates to HR Manager for Final Interview prior to endorsement to requisitioning department.
7.Undertake further responsibilities that may evolve in resource management during pre and post-employment. This includes preparation of new hire kits and other similar documentation necessary for proper onboarding of new hires. As well as assisting in the post-employment procedures of outgoing employee/s, such as but not limited to preparation of acknowledgement of resignation, notification to all respective departments on the separation date of the leaver, assist employees on clearance, and issuance of quit claim forms.
8.In-charge of notifying the Department Head on the probationary monitoring period of new hires eg. First month, Third month and Fifth month notification as well as performance evaluation prior to regularization of the new hire.
9.Provides assistance in the Annual Performance Evaluation of the company.
Training & Development for IPC – Main
1.In-Charge of monitoring of certifications of our resources, coordination with training providers, confirmation of training dates for attendees and training registration for the company.
2.Assist the HR Manager in scouting for reliable Training Providers apart from PLDT Training Group for IPC’s training and developmental needs.
Compensation & Benefits for IPC – CPS
1.Assist the HR Manager on Salary Levelling study on an annual basis.
2.Assist employees on company related compensation and benefits questions. This includes government loan assistance, HMO inquiries, Life Insurance coverage, Salary Loan Programs and similar benefit programs that company has.
3.In-charge of IPC-Main’s preparation of timekeeping data for payroll processing.
4.Provides information and attends to queries on Government mandated benefits (SSS, Pag- Ibig, & Philhealth) and Witholding Tax)
5.Submits and follows up applications for benefits availment to various government agencies
6.In-charge of benefits maintenance (eg. HMO, Life Insurance) this includes enrollment and deactivation of members for HMO and Life Insurance, monitoring of HMO utilization, conducts comparative study on similar benefits for the improvement of the company’s non-monetary benefits.
7.Ensures proper accounting of company advances (Medicard dependents, company loans, other HR related expenses etc.)
8.Prepares government compliance reports on SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-Ibig as needed.
Perform duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Employee Relations
1.Will assist HR Manager in improvement and implementation of Company Policies and Code of Discipline in accordance with Philippine Labor Code.
2.Will act as the Employee relation Specialist to employees who have concerns related to company policies and IPC’s code of discipline.
Requirements
•Graduate of BS Psychology / Human Resource Management or similar business course
•With at least 3 years of solid HR work experience from an IT company or similar industry.
