Job Description & Requirements
The interns will be exposed in:

Talent Acquisition
– The trainee will be taught how to do basic boolean search and other sourcing techniques.
– The trainee will be exposed on doing basic interviews- will be guided on proper etiquettes on interviewing and probing techniques.
– The trainee will be exposed to technical recruitment- concepts and terminologies.

Compensation and Benefits
– The trainee will be taught on the basics of the government mandated benefits.
– The trainee will be taught on how to compute the taxable income, 13th month pay, etc.

Employee Relations
– The trainee will be taught basic concepts of the Philippine Labor Code.
– The trainee will be exposed on activities covering employing relations.

Requirements and Qualifications:
– Candidate must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s/ College degree in Psychology or equivalent
– Must be willing to be assigned in Makati
– Minimum of 300 hours
– No. of required hours (at least 8 hours minimum for a day)
