Job Description / Requirements
Responsibilities include planning, monitoring and evaluation of staff development activities (both local and foreign training) and study grant availments; research and module/program development; coordination of corporate-wide activities; and the installation of performance and job evaluation systems.
Requirements:
-graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Human Resource/ Psychology/ Education/ or related field.
-excellent oral and written communication skills
-good organizational skills
-preferably has experience in the various aspects of Human Resource Management, particularly in the field of Training and Organizational Development
