Human Resource Assistant
Responsibilities:
The Human Resource and Administrative Assistant shall assist with the day to day HR operations of the Admin and Human Resources. He/She will carry out assigned responsibilities in the following functional areas: Recruitment, Timekeeping/Payroll, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Employee Relations and Office Administration.
Job Qualifications:
> Handle recruitment activities like sourcing, screening/selection and interview.
> Provide Employee Relations support through involvement in the day-to-day operations and initiates and facilitates Employee Engagement Activities and Labor Relations.
> Have knowledge in Timekeeping and Payroll preparation
> Previous experience in Performance Management is an advantage
> Strong familiarity with Government mandated benefits (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig) and reports.
> Must be familiar with Philippine Labor Laws
> Must have high level of interpersonal skill to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
> Must have good verbal and written communication skill.
Specifications:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or its equivalent.
• Have at least 2 years work experience as a Generalist/General HR is preferred for this position.
• Applicant must be willing to be assigned in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
