• Female
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent;
• At least 5 years of professional experience across all HR disciplines including management of the employment life cycle, recruitment, benefits, compensation, payroll, employee relations, training and development and conflict resolution;
• A strong and effective communicator to management and all staff levels as manifested in writing, business presentations and interpersonal communication;
• Advanced interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills;
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work; working accurately and paying close attention to details;
• Excellent time-management, problem prevention and problem solving skills;
• Experience working in a flexible, employee empowering and creative work environment;
• Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Law and labor practices;
• Excellent organizational and management skills;
• Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources recognition and engagement programs and processes;
• A person of integrity;
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality;
• Applicants must be willing to work in Makati or Global City in Taguig.
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
